Menlo Group Grows with Addition of Veterinary Real Estate Advisor

Adam Fritz, MBA, has joined Menlo Group as the full-service commercial real estate brokerage’s newest advisor.

Tempe, AZ, July 23, 2021–Adam Fritz, MBA, has joined Menlo Group as a commercial real estate advisor. In his role, he will assist veterinarians and other medical professionals to lease, buy and sell medical office property.

“We are excited to have Adam Fritz join the team,” said Menlo Group President Tanner Milne, MBA, CCIM, SIOR. “He did a great job in his previous role, and his efforts will enable us to further our presence in the veterinary, medical and dental markets.”

Prior to joining Menlo Group, Fritz spent seven years as a veterinary equipment specialist for Patterson Companies. Before that, he served for three years as a dental territory manager for the company. His other experience includes various sales and managerial positions, as well as service in the U.S. Air Force.

“My prior success has been developed by building rapport and trust with my clients,” Fritz said. “I understand the needs of space and workflows to build a successful practice. I want to be a resource for clients at an earlier stage of development and help them to build their dreams.”

With the addition of Fritz, Menlo Group now has ten commercial real estate advisors. The full-service commercial real estate brokerage also started a project management department and acquired a property management company earlier this year, further fueling its growth.
