Dental industry veteran Shane Bennett will oversee Menlo Group’s project management department.
Tempe, AZ, February 15, 2021 – Menlo Group announced today that the commercial real estate brokerage has launched project management services. Shane Bennett will oversee the Tempe-based company’s project management department.

Bennett joins Menlo Group after a 22-year career in dental office construction and equipment and technology sales. He represented Patterson Dental in both the St. Louis and Phoenix markets before joining Henry Schein in 2013. In his previous roles, Bennett specialized in guiding and consulting his clients through the office design, construction and equipment implementation process. His sales and technical experience provides him the ability to aggregate resources and skill sets to promote defined project results while forming strong, dependable relationships with clients and vendors.
Menlo Group launched property management services late last year, and company leadership wanted to continue adding to the brokerage’s list of commercial real estate services. Bennett and Milne began meeting to discuss starting a project management department to oversee ground-up construction, tenant improvements and other property renovations.
