Menlo Group Launches Property Management

Menlo Group, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage, will now offer property management services to Phoenix-area clients.

Tempe, AZ, July 22, 2020–Menlo Group is pleased to announce that the commercial real estate firm will now offer property management services. The Tempe-based company’s property management efforts will be overseen by industry veteran Raul Martinez.

“Property management has been part of our 10-year business plan, but it seemed like a goal that we would achieve far in the future, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Menlo Group President Tanner Milne, MBA, CCIM, SIOR. “I also anticipated acquiring an existing firm since we didn’t have much property management experience.”

“When I was introduced to Raul in mid-May, I quickly realized that he would be a great fit at Menlo, and he had the experience and capability to roll-out this new service to our clients,” Milne continued. “Over the years, we have worked with many great property owners, and we know our additional offering will enable us to better serve them.”

Milne founded Menlo Group in 2008, right before the U.S. economy sunk into recession. Since then, the full-service brokerage has established itself as a leader in the Phoenix Valley’s commercial real estate market. This month, Milne and Martinez put in motion plans to add property management to the company’s commercial real estate services. Martinez will oversee rent collection, lease renewals and property repairs on behalf of clients.

Martinez brings nearly 30 years of property management experience to Menlo Group. In his career, he has managed thousands of units, including apartment buildings and military housing. As Menlo Group takes on more properties, he plans to expand the property management team.
