Menlo Group Closes Multiple Deals with Autism Therapy Center

Hopebridge, a national autism therapy center, has signed leases at two properties represented by Menlo Group.

Tempe, AZ, October 19, 2020–Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate has successfully negotiated multiple transactions involving Hopebridge, a national autism therapy center.

“We enjoyed being a part of these recent transactions,” said Steve Berghoff, CCIM, SIOR, of Menlo Group. “Hopebridge is a fantastic addition to the properties, and we know these great locations will enable the center to better provide personalized therapy to children and their families.”

Hopebridge recently signed an eight-year lease at 5220 N. Dysart Rd., Bldg. C, in Litchfield Park, Ariz. The tenant was represented by Matt Waggoner and Kyle Seeger of JLL, and the landlord, Lear Leasing, Inc., was represented by Berghoff and Stuart Milne, CCIM, of Menlo Group.

With recent improvements and a long-term tenant in place, the Menlo Group team then assisted in the sale of the 10,450 sq. ft. freestanding office building for $2.5 million. The buyer, Pomona Properties, LLC, was represented by Kurt Nishimura of Coldwell Banker Biltmore.

“I’ve enjoyed working with Menlo Group to buy, lease out and now sell this building,” said Brian DePorzio of Lear Leasing, Inc. “I’m excited for the new tenant and owner to enjoy such a great space.”

Hopebridge also signed a lease at Baywood Health Center, located at 6550 E. Broadway Rd. in Mesa, Ariz. The group will occupy the first floor of the building, which totals 12,827 sq. ft. Waggoner and Seeger again represented Hopebridge, while the landlord was represented by Berghoff and Menlo Group President Tanner Milne, MBA, CCIM, SIOR.
