Menlo Group negotiated the sale of 7.8 acres of land, located at 1810 S. Crismon Rd., Mesa, Ariz.
Tempe, AZ, February 26, 2019–(PR.com)–Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate has successfully negotiated the sale of 7.8 acres of land for $3,600,000. The property is located at 1810 S. Crismon Rd., Mesa, Ariz. between the US-60 and Baseline Rd.Menlo Group President Tanner Milne and Vice President Steve Berghoff represented the seller, Utah-based West of 3rd, LLC, throughout the transaction.

The buyer, Overland Development Corporation, plans to use the land to develop a senior housing facility. The space is located within the Odyssey Medical & Professional Center and near the Mountain Vista Medical Center.
