Menlo Group Hires Chief Operating Officer

Kody Miller, MBA, has joined the commercial real estate brokerage as COO.

Tempe, AZ, June 8, 2021–Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the appointment of Kody Miller, MBA, as the Arizona brokerage’s Chief Operating Officer. 

“I’m excited to be affiliated with a company with such a great reputation,” Miller said. “I’m also looking forward to being surrounded by such positive and driven individuals.”

As COO, Miller will work closely with Menlo Group’s leadership team to develop business plans and strategy. He will also lead the company’s recruiting efforts, manage business operations, and oversee a variety of special projects.

“We are excited to have Kody join the team,” said Menlo Group President Tanner Milne, MBA, CCIM, SIOR. “His skill set and experience will help take Menlo Group to the next level.”

Prior to joining Menlo Group, Miller established a successful career in operations, supply chain and finance. He worked for two years at British Petroleum, where he successfully renegotiated a three-year supply helicopter lease contract that saved the company $30 million. Miller then spent over six years at Intel, serving most recently as a Senior Strategic Finance Analyst.

After working in large corporate environments, Miller brings a unique perspective to the growing commercial real estate company. His background also includes a degree in Accounting from Arizona State University and an MBA from Michigan State University.
