Menlo Group Hires Director of Property Management

Aundrea Baugher will serve as the Director of Property Management at Menlo Group.

Tempe, AZ–April 5, 2022–Aundrea Baugher recently joined Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate as the Director of Property Management. Baugher brings 23 years of property management experience to help expand the brokerage’s property management division.

“We are excited to have Aundrea on the team,” said Kody Miller, MBA, Chief Operating Officer of Menlo Group. “We have worked hard to get our commercial property management services off the ground, and Aundrea has the experience and tenacity to take Menlo to the next level.”

Before joining Menlo Group, Baugher held various property management positions, serving most recently as a Regional Director. In her roles, she oversaw single-family, multi-family, corporate housing and commercial real estate properties across the U.S. Her experience includes managing major lease-ups, full renovation projects and extensive property turnarounds.

“Property management is a passion of mine,” Baugher said. “I look forward to assisting Menlo with the growth of its property management division.”

Menlo Group first started offering property management services in 2020 and acquired a local property management company the following year. Since then, the brokerage firm has rapidly expanded its management portfolio to include more than 3.5 million sq. ft. across the Phoenix Valley.

“In this field, every day is different,” Baugher said. “Being faced with new challenges and constantly solving problems is extremely rewarding.”
