East Valley Medical Portfolio Changes Hands

Menlo Group completed the sale of a four-property medical office portfolio in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Tempe, AZ, January 14, 2020–Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate has announced the sale of a medical property portfolio. The portfolio consists of four, leased medical offices totaling 13,800 sq. ft. in the Phoenix East Valley. The properties sold for $3,990,000.

The medical offices are currently occupied by the same long-term tenant, a growing primary care provider. The portfolio includes a mix of freestanding buildings and office condos located in Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert.

The deal was brokered by Menlo Group President Tanner Milne, MBA, CCIM, SIOR; Vice President Mark Haslip, MBA, CCIM; and Executive Vice President Rich Andrus, MBA, CCIM.
