Menlo Group Secures Lease for TruWest Credit Union Headquarters

Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate has successfully negotiated the lease of a 26,134 sq. ft. Tempe office space on behalf of TruWest Credit Union.

Tempe, AZ, January 16, 2024–Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that TruWest Credit Union has secured a new corporate headquarters in Tempe, Ariz. The headquarters will be located on the third floor of Discover Business Center, a 146,215 sq. ft. office building located at 2190 E. Elliot Rd. just off the Loop 101 freeway.

“We believe our new space will foster creativity, collaboration and innovation, providing spaces that fit the growing needs of our organization,” said the credit union’s President and Chief Information Officer, Chris Kearney, in a statement.

Since 1952, TruWest Credit Union has provided financial services to clients in Arizona and Texas. The new 26,134 sq. ft. office includes more than 20 private offices, 60 workspaces, and a variety of collaborative spaces to meet the needs of a quickly growing team.

TruWest Credit Union was represented by Steve Berghoff, SIOR, CCIM, and Mark Haslip, MBA, SIOR, CCIM, of Menlo Group. The landlord was represented by Mark Gustin, SIOR, CCIM, of JLL.
