Menlo Group Assists The Pickle Guild in Opening First Indoor Pickleball Facility

Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate represented The Pickle Guild, as the indoor pickleball company signed a lease at Thunderbird Village in Peoria, Ariz.

Tempe, AZ, July 31, 2023–Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce The Pickle Guild is coming to Thunderbird Village. The full-service commercial real estate brokerage assisted the indoor pickleball company in signing a lease at 7586 W. Thunderbird Rd., Ste 105, Peoria, Ariz. 

The transaction marks an exciting milestone as it brings one of the first indoor pickleball facilities to the Northwest Phoenix Valley. The Pickle Guild plans to utilize the newly acquired warehouse space to create a state-of-the-art pickleball facility. Spanning an impressive 20,000 sq. ft., the site is poised to become a premier destination for the growing community of pickleball enthusiasts in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

The Pickle Guild aims to open additional facilities across the Phoenix Valley in the near future. The company’s expansion plans reflect the increasing popularity of pickleball, a sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis. With its low barrier to entry and inclusive nature, pickleball has gained a loyal following among individuals of all ages and skill levels.
