Menlo Group Announces $2.6 Million Sale of Automotive Repair Building in Gilbert, AZ

797 W. Guadalupe Rd. in Gilbert, Ariz. has changed hands.

Tempe, AZ, February 4, 2026–Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate recently announced the sale of an automotive repair building located at 797 W. Guadalupe Rd. in Gilbert, Ariz. The freestanding retail property was sold for $2.6 million

Built in 1998, the property consists of a 5,362-square-foot freestanding building situated on a 1.38-acre lot. The facility includes four drive-thru bays and eight rollup doors, making it well-suited for automotive service operations. The building generated high buyer interest due to its excellent visibility at the intersection of Guadalupe and Cooper Rds., convenient access to US-60 and Loop-202 freeways, and location in a high-income, high-growth area in the Valley.

Heath’s Real Estate Holdings, LLC, purchased the property. The seller, Truck Pros, LLC, was represented by Menlo Group’s Tom Ellixson, CCIM, alongside former Menlo Group advisor Alex Bluth, MRED.
