Mesa Office Building Sells to Two Owners for $3.57M

Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate facilitated the sale of nearly 20,400 sq. ft. of Mesa office space.

Tempe, AZ, June 17, 2019 –(PR.com)–Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate has successfully brokered the sale of nearly 20,400 sq. ft. of office space. The property, located on the first floor of 1955 S. Val Vista Dr. in Mesa, Ariz., sold to two different owners.

The East Wing, which includes multiple suites totaling more than 14,600 sq. ft., sold for over $2.53 million to Robert Weathers. Kevin Peterson of Peterson Properties and Management represented the buyer, who also owns property on the building’s second floor.

ELLE Investments, LLC, purchased the West Wing of the building for over $1.04 million. The West Wing consists of two occupied suites that total more than 5,700 sq. ft. The buyer was represented by Grafton Milne, CCIM, SIOR, of Menlo Group.

“It’s very rewarding to see this office space sell,” said Milne, who also represented the seller alongside Menlo Group President Tanner Milne, MBA, CCIM, SIOR. “This property was one of our first listings as a company, and we appreciate the trust that the owners have had in us over the years.”

The seller, Canyon Commercial, LLC., purchased the property in 2007 as a permanent home for its marketing firm. The owners soon hired Menlo Group to find tenants for the additional suites and recently decided to put the property up for sale.
