Menlo Group Negotiates Lease for Elevation Solar

Elevation Solar, a premier solar and smart energy company, will relocate its headquarters to Chandler, Ariz.

Tempe, AZ, April 2, 2019–(PR.com)–Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate announced today that Elevation Solar has signed a long-term lease at 2425 S. Stearman Dr., Ste. 220 in Chandler, Ariz. The 12,588 sq. ft. space will serve as the solar power company’s new headquarters.

Founded in 2014, Elevation Solar began providing clean, affordable solar power across the Valley. The company now provides solar and other smart energy products and services to homes and businesses in eight U.S. states. This rapid growth created the need for a larger office space.

Elevation Solar will relocate to its new location later this year. The two-story office building, called the Stearman, includes 69,600 sq. ft. of modern office space. The building’s location on Ryan Rd. and Stearman Dr. places Elevation Solar in the heart of Chandler’s technology corridor.

Stearman, LLC, owns the property and was represented throughout the transaction by Kyle Campbell and Todd Noel of Colliers International. Tanner Milne, president and founder of Menlo Group, negotiated on behalf of the solar power company.
