Menlo Group Founder Recognized on Phoenix Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 List

Tanner Milne, founder and president of Menlo Group, was recognized for his successful business and contributions to the community.

Tempe, AZ, August 9, 2018–(PR.com)–Tanner Milne, founder and president of Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate, has been named to the Phoenix Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list. As an honoree, Milne joins the Valley’s most influential young business executives.

“I’m honored to have been chosen for this award,” Milne said. “When I first found out, I was shocked because there is so much talent here in the Valley.”

Each year, the Phoenix Business Journal selects 40 individuals who not only impact their companies but also the community as a whole. This year nearly 480 individuals from a variety of industries applied to be evaluated on their innovation and entrepreneurial spirit by a panel of judges.

On 2 August, Milne and the 39 other honorees gathered together at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess for dinner and an awards ceremony. Honorees were called up one by one to receive recognition for their achievements.

“I was blown away by the many accomplishments of the other honorees,” Milne said. “They truly were an impressive bunch, and I was honored to sit among them.”

Joining Milne at the event were many members of the Menlo Group team. Bryan Bunker, chief operating officer at Menlo, was among the staff members who came out to support Milne.

Since 2008, Milne has helped hundreds of clients reach their real estate goals. He started Menlo Group with his brother, Grafton, and has seen the company grow over the past decade. Based on six core values, the culture Milne has created at Menlo continues to attract new trusted advisors to the team, which further enables the company to provide unparalleled service to clients throughout the area.

The 40 Under 40 award isn’t Milne’s first recognition for his success. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Arizona State University, where Milne earned his MBA, has twice named him to the Sun Devil 100, which honors successful entrepreneurial alumni.

“I just put my head down and go to work,” Milne said of his many awards. “I strive to find new ways to help others, and people tend to notice that.”
