Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate Advisor Joins the Urban Land Institute

Alex Bluth, Junior Advisor at Menlo Group, has been inducted into the Urban Land Institute.

Tempe, AZ, December 17, 2024—Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce that Alex Bluth, MRED, has been accepted into the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Office and Industrial Development Local Product Council. His inclusion reflects the company’s commitment to professional development to help clients navigate an evolving commercial real estate market.

ULI is the largest global network of real estate and land use professionals, boasting more than 45,000 members in 84 countries. The membership grants Bluth access to a wealth of resources and a network of industry leaders, which will add value to his work in the healthcare property sector.

In addition to his ULI membership, Bluth holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development (MRED) from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business. He gained a strong background in investment analysis, asset management and development before joining Menlo Group at the beginning of 2024. Bluth currently works in partnership with Executive Vice President Rich Andrus, MBA, SIOR, CCIM. The pair focuses on investment sales, tenant representation, and development.

No other Phoenix-area brokerage has such a high percentage of team members with these credentials.
