Medical Collaborative at Pima Center Leased by Menlo Group

An 11,259 sq. ft. medical office suite in Scottsdale, Ariz. was leased by Willow Rebloom.

Tempe, AZ, August 13, 2024–Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate successfully represented both the landlord and tenant in the leasing of the Medical Collaborative at Pima Center. The 11,259 sq. ft. medical office space will be occupied by Willow Rebloom and will open in early 2025 to provide rehabilitative health services for pregnant and postpartum women.

With the new tenant in place, the Medical Collaborative at Pima Center is now fully leased. The single-story medical office building is located within an opportunity zone at 8454 N. 90th St. in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Rich Andrus, MBA, SIOR, CCIM, and Stuart Milne, SIOR, CCIM, represented the landlord, Cypress West. Milne also represented Willow Rebloom in the transaction.
