Days Inn in Eastern Arizona Sells for $6.45M

Menlo Group represented the sellers of the Days Inn hotel located at 480 W. Deuce of Clubs in Show Low, Ariz.

Tempe, AZ, July 20, 2022–Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate successfully brokered the sale of the Days Inn by Wyndham Show Low. The hotel sold for $6.45 million.

The Days Inn is located at 480 W. Deuce of Clubs in Show Low, Ariz. The hotel sits among the busiest trade areas in Show Low and in the heart of the White Mountains.

The hotel is 80,722 sq. ft. situated on four acres of land. With 122 rooms, the Days Inn is the largest hotel in Show Low. The site has a large parking lot, an outdoor pool, a business center and laundry facilities. The hotel also has an onsite restaurant and bar that were included in the sale. 

The seller, White Mountain Lodging, Inc., was represented by Nyal Sewell of Menlo Group. The property was purchased by Gurpratap Singh Gill and Parampartap Singh Sandhu, who were represented by Sahib Singh of JaegerCRE.
